Your first step is to browse our jobs for a role that fits your skills and interests.

We are our talent’s creative connection. We help creative talent find the right freelance, freelance to hire and permanent assignments. Get started by connecting with your local Fahrenheit Creative recruiter, who will will represent you to our internal teams and to our clients, presenting your profile to opportunities that match your skill set, interest, and experience. We’ll leverage our  in-depth screening process that includes phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, portfolio reviews, skills assessments and a personalized introduction to our service.

Once on an assignment, we pay you directly and weekly. In addition, upon acceptance of an assignment, your recruiter will send you literature surrounding the perks and benefits offered to our talent. Your recruiter acts as a direct liaison throughout your assignment to ensure any questions you may have are addressed.

We work hard to help you stay on assignments by continually presenting you to opportunities as your agent. For temp-to-perm work, we help you navigate the first 90-days as a freelancer to make sure you love the job before you make a permanent decision.

The clients we work with, who are looking for skilled creatives, pay for our services. It costs you nothing to sign up for representation or to work through us. We work hard to make sure that you can focus on what you do best, providing exceptional creative talent to our valued clients.

Our specialty is to work with our clients locally, so many of our opportunities exist in those cities where we have physical offices. However, many of our clients have offices in multiple locations and we have a constant flow of opportunities nationwide! We work hard to make sure every applicant to our service receives a response. If you applied to a Fahrenheit Creative job and haven’t heard back, it’s likely that candidates are still under review for client submission. We’re working hard to help our client find the perfect match and will contact you if you are a matches the position. Ultimately, our clients determine which talent they wish to engage, so sometimes our process is delayed by changes in client business or lack of response.
